Miguel founded K&M Custom Homes in 2017 on a single conviction: a custom home should be built the way it was designed — with patience, transparency, and an obsessive eye for the details that don't show up in a contract.
Miguel came up through the trades — framing, foundations, finish carpentry, and everything between — and still leads every project personally. The same subcontractors he started with are the ones on site today. The same standard he set on day one is the one every K&M home is held to.
